We met with our fabulous realtor/aunt today. We had our house professionally cleaned - the carpets and the kitchen, bathrooms, and windows. We busted out some projects last Saturday with Scott and Suzie and we're finally ready to put this baby up on the market. The best part about the whole thing is that it is a very lousy time to try and sell a house. I could have the thing sold tomorrow if I wanted to sell it for $1,000 but, let's face it, that would be insane. Actually I wouldn't sell it tomorrow because it's not listing until Monday and tomorrow is Sunday so that would be wrong. Anyway, we are now in what Scott has named "The Wait". The fun part about the wait is we have to keep our house spotless for the duration with four little kids and a fat lazy man laying around the house. Best of luck, Lesley.
Total side note. Check out this picture taken at EFY in 1995. My brother-in-law, Ryan Smith, sent me an email tonight that said "All is fair at EFY" and contained the below photo. Ryan is now married to the young lady that is posing with me. She just happens to be the twin sister of my wonderful wife Lesley. He also sent the email to Lesley. Her reply was "All I need is an address and she is toast!" I told Lesley, "Atleast I didn't kiss my future sister-in-law" ;-)

I totally know what you mean about the market....We probably take a loss now! We are in the same boat, trying to sell..ON a positive side, our Realtor said it was better if you lived in tucson to sell. So lucky for you guys! GOOD luck!"and come visit us strangers"
